Fees and Payments
I am contracted with, and able to accept, the following insurance:
Medi-Cal/Partnership (Lake County)

If you would like to use other insurance, I am happy to provide you with a superbill to give to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please first check with your insurance company to ensure they will reimburse you for out-of-network provider services.
If I do not accept your insurance and you will be paying out of pocket, my fee is $150/session. When available, I offer a few slots with a sliding fee scale and you may inquire about this if that is something you may need.
I accept cash, check, and use Ivy Pay (a HIPAA compliant way to collect payment from your credit or debit card).
